What Are Log Categories?
Not all care records are the same. A daily log has different compliance requirements to an incident report, a handover note, or a safeguarding referral. Log Categories tell Evidentia what type of record you're writing, so our analysis engine can apply the most relevant rules.

How to Use Them
Simply select the relevant category from the dropdown in the Chrome extension before running your analysis. Evidentia will automatically adjust its rules and suggestions to match the record type.
